1. Digital Masterclasses & Courses Due to the digital nature of our training, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee.

2. Eligibility for Refund To be eligible for a refund, you must:

Submit your request within 14 days of the original purchase date.

NOT have accessed, streamed, or downloaded the digital content. Once a course session has been joined or files have been downloaded, the right to a refund is waived.

3. Forums and Live Events Tickets for live forums are non-refundable but may be transferred to another individual or credited toward a future event if requested at least 7 days before the event date.

4. How to Request a Refund Please email askus@quoratum.com with your name and the Order ID provided by our reseller, Paddle.

5. Processing Approved refunds will be processed by Paddle and credited back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
